FashionInvites.com was founded in the spring of 2009 by a 20-something frugal fashionista and alternative shopping blogger.

Upon finding our first sample sale site many years ago, we were intrigued by the quality of the items and low prices.

Combined with our love of technology, great deals and looking good, (and because we knew we couldn’t have been the only one addicted to the sales too and opening all of the e-mails from the then dozen sites each day wasn’t going to be quick enough (often called flash sales, these sales are gone in a flash!) we started FashionInvites.com to provide a place for other frugal fashionista’s to source high-end designer labels for significantly less than what can be found on the sales racks of major department stores and boutiques. Thanks to the inception of eCommerce 2.0 and sample sale sites,  her dreams, and those of us far from NY and LA- who’ve once swooned over the variety and low prices while watching  movies like The Devil Wears Prada and Confessions of a Shopaholic, have finally come true.
